i think it means something like theirs no more of somthing (food,water,ect) so they have to find a diffrent zone?

I suppose that really is also a possibility. The only snag is that Gary Levko is an employee of Better Living Industries. Unless he works in an outpost or satellite building placed in the Zones, he shouldn’t be facing any supply problems.

Unless things are much worse in Battery City than we thought. I’m still thinking about the tweet Dr. D sent out not too long ago about “freedom riots” happening within the city…
